The salon diary, without the phone in your hand.
The salon diary, without the phone in your hand.
Chamelix gives your salon a board for every chair: customers book from your link, you book at the desk in two taps, regulars write themselves in every week. The WhatsApp reminder goes out the day before. No commissions.
We know what Saturday looks like
The phone rings with your hands in the colour
Whoever gets the busy tone calls back later, or not at all. With your link they book anyway, and the booking lands written on the board: you see it between one customer and the next.
"Who is free at 3?"
A paper diary is read by one person at a time. The board is seen by everyone, even on a screen hung in the shop, and updates by itself.
The customer who forgets
The day before, a WhatsApp reminder goes out with day and time. Whoever cannot come says so in advance, and that half hour is free again.
How it works
Three steps, and the third is done by your customers.
We set up your salon
The chairs, the treatment menu with durations, each stylist's template week. We load it with you: you need a few minutes to check.
Put the link wherever you like
On Google, on Instagram, in your WhatsApp status, on the business card. It is a link, not an app to download.
Bookings land on the board
Every booking goes to the right chair, for the right length. At the desk you book in two taps, and regulars write themselves in.
What is inside
Built with a barber and his women's salon, not on assumptions.
The day board
One column per chair, visits in the right place, a tap on a gap to book at the desk. It refreshes by itself: fine on a screen in the shop too.
Regular customers
The Saturday-at-nine gentleman is written once: his visits create themselves week after week, eight weeks ahead.
Hours and shifts
The shop hours, each stylist's shifts week by week, and the customers already booked always stay inside.
Two salons, one person
Whoever works in both the men's and the women's salon has one calendar: a visit in one makes that time busy in the other.
Work with no menu price
Colour, highlights, treatments with no fixed length: mark the chair busy from–to, with the customer's name, and that is it.
WhatsApp reminders
Confirmation on booking and a reminder the day before, from the salon's number. Without you writing anything.
Plainly: what we do NOT do
- No commissions on bookings. Ever. Not a leaflet promise: it is the model.
- No app for your customers to download: they book from a link, in the browser.
- Your customers are yours and the data stays yours, handled under the GDPR.
- We do not decide how long a colour takes: where the menu is not enough, you mark the time by hand.
Frequently asked questions
I have a men's and a women's salon: do I manage them separately?
No. They are two salons in the same business, each with its own chairs. Whoever works in both has one calendar, and the salon that does not want online bookings stays on the board but is not shown to customers.
Do regulars have to book every time?
No. You write them once as regulars: day, time, stylist, treatment, every how many weeks. Visits create themselves. If one Saturday is skipped, you cancel that one and the others stay.
Can I show the board on a screen in the shop?
Yes. The board has a full-screen mode and refreshes by itself: what the salon next door books appears without touching anything.
How much does it cost?
Nothing during the beta, no card and no commitment. Whoever starts in beta keeps our best discount when the plans arrive.
Let's meet for half an hour.
Tell us how your salon works, we set it up and you find it ready. If it is not for you, we will say so.
